This show brings people together to inspire through shared experiences and growth, showing how alike we are. Guests and I will talk about everything and anything from self-mastery, to psychedelics, to overcoming trauma and what’s worked for others that might help you live the life you actually deserve.

I’ve lived through physical, mental, and sexual abuse. I’ve faced addiction, silence, and shame. And I’m still here. So, if you’re reading this and thinking, ‘I can’t do this anymore’—I’m telling you, you don’t have to live like this.

We use humor and love to tell the truth. Music, food, storytelling—it’s all part of the ritual. I’m not a doctor. I don’t have a college degree—just a 30-year-old student loan statement and a story worth telling. I’m not perfect, yet I know what the healing process feels like, and I want you to experience it too.
